Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a place away from the crowds to enjoy some family time, this villa, located 15
minutes from San Jose del Cabo offers this seclusion. One of the nicer homes on the East Cape of Cabo, this 4-bedroom/4-bath Villa is
located in the small community of Zacatitos.

It sits on the beach with the Sea of Cortez as a front
yard, about a mile from the world famous surf break
called Shipwrecks. Although remotely located, it has
all the comforts and amenities of the city with fresh
water, solar powered electricity, and gas powered
appliances. Amenities include swimming pool,
Jacuzzi, pool table, satellite TV, stereo sound
system, full gourmet kitchen with all appliances and
utensils (including dishwasher), daily maid service,
washer and dryer, and spectacular ocean views. The
maid is on site in separate servants quarters and is
also available to cook for a small extra fee.

Beds include a king in the master bedroom, a king in
the second , queen and twin bunk beds in the third,
and a queen in the fourth. This Villa can be rented
by the bedroom for smaller groups.
